Payments & Cancellations for Private Tuition and Group lessons
The student agrees with the following terms & conditions.
You can pay for your private tuition, or group course, prior to the session via our on-line payment process on our bookings page. Our on-line payment system is hosted by Paypal guaranteeing a safe and secure payment option. Alternatively, you can pay by posting us a cheque prior to the session, or contact us for bank transfer details.
A 48-hour notice period is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments of private tuition. A £28.00 (or the cost of 1 hour) deposit is payable at the beginning of the sessions to cover the failure to notify Language Tuition Nottingham of the cancellation or rescheduling of a session. The deposit will be returned when you choose to finish the lessons.
If you need to cancel your group course, a 2 week notice period is required for a full refund. A 1 week notice period may result in a partial refund of 60%. If you start a course, the Timeshare Act 1992 gives you the benefit of a cooling off period of 14 days if contracts are signed in the UK. LTN must reimburse you within 30 days of cancellation, without charge.
If you need to reschedule your course, you have a period of three months in which to use your group and private bookings.
If a visa application is rejected and we receive written evidence at least 15 days prior to arrival, we will refund the fees received in full, less an administrative fee in case that it applies. Where we receive this evidence, the refund will be paid to you within four weeks of your providing us with bank details and signed authorization that the refund should be paid to that account. If written evidence of a refusal is received less than 10 days prior to arrival, then the refund will be paid less the administrative fee.
